Become an Ark Volunteer
**Due to liability purposes, all volunteers must be 18 years of age.
If you are interested in volunteering with the Ark, please come by the shelter during operating hours Tuesday – Saturday 11 am – 3 pm to fill out the necessary paperwork, get a shelter tour and learn about how you can help out while volunteering at the shelter.
What could you do as a volunteer?
- Walk dogs
- Scoop litter boxes
- Bathe dogs
- Brush dogs
- Brush cats
- Transport animals to and from vet clinic
- Help with events and fundraisers (hand out information, introduce the Ark to the public)
- Gather food and supplies for the shelter
